House GOP in chaos as favorite McCarthy quits speaker race

Republicans in Congress were plunged into turmoil on Thursday when California Representative Kevin McCarthy, considered the favorite to succeed House Speaker John Boehner, surprisingly dropped out of the race. Nathan Frandino reports.
