Three people, including a 13 year old, were seriously injured after a container truck veered out of control and plowed into two motorcycles and a sedan on 09/24/15. The accident occurred at the intersection of Nguyen Van Linh and Nguyen Luong Bang in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City.
